Key Responsibilities

Plan and develop responsive front-end features/components in ReactJS/TS
Plan and develop back-end logic in GoLang
Write efficient, reusable, readable, and testable code
Define, create, and maintain unit tests
Participate in code review (peer review)
Perform database updates as necessary
Debug issues in both development and production environments
Consistently ship small features, functionalities, improvements
Participate in sprint planning and estimation of technical tasks
Provide support and respond to queries from any stakeholders as necessary
Participate in releases
Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions

Requirements

Competences:

Good written and spoken communication in English
Technical skills:
- 3+ years of experience in ReactJS/TS
  - In-depth understanding of React fundamentals
  - Proficiency with React hooks and how they works
  - Development of React applications based on hooks (or functional components)
  - Experience with state management in React (Recoil/Redux)
  - Experience in styling and creating responsive designs
  - Cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
  - Familiarity with performance optimisation
  - Ability to write unit tests and testable front-end code
- 3+ years of experience in GoLang
  - Strong understanding of Go fundamentals
  - Experience with RESTful API development
  - Experience with microservices architecture
