The Role

As a Senior Backend Developer at Made2Flow, you will work directly with the Tech Lead and shape the technology strategy of Made2Flow to tackle complex challenges and pave the way to our long-term success.

We seek an experienced team member who successfully delivered reliable and scalable products, preferably in SaaS businesses.

Your Responsibilities

- Implement scalable and cloud-native solutions.
- Collaborate with your team to design and develop elegant solutions to complex business problems.
- Maintenance support, refactoring, debugging & improvement of existing code.
- Implement and maintain reliable, scalable, robust, and extensible data systems that support core products and business.
- Help define the technical direction of your team.
- Create robust, maintainable code using automated tests in development processes.
- Ensure code quality by applying architecture & design principles.
- Explore new technologies,  analyze and solve problems.

Requirements

- Proficient understanding and deep knowledge of architectural & infrastructure patterns and agile methodologies.
- Technical expertise in software development, software architecture, quality assurance, cloud infrastructure, and automated deployments.
- Experience with our tech stack: NodeJS, TypeScript, Nest.js, Prisma, React, Redux, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes on AWS. Python may be added to the stack in the short/mid term.
- Expert knowledge of DevOps (CI/CD, Kubernetes, Helm) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Python is a big plus.
- Exceptional people and communication skills with a high degree of empathy.
- Strategic thinking, with the ability to set and achieve business goals based on measurable objectives.
